In just a few short years, the PWA endorsement has become a sought-after seal for local, state, and national candidacies. As well as for issues campaigns—from local millages to statewide referenda.

And typically, our endorsements are followed by financial support. As a nonconnected political action committee (PAC), we’ve raised more than $340,000 to put toward PWA-endorsed campaigns since 2003.

We’re nonpartisan. Our interests go beyond political boundaries and party affiliations. We measure candidates by how closely their beliefs and records align with our vision of a just and progressive society.

We work to grow the number of women in public office by working to identify and support progressive women interested in political life.
